Return policy

Melina Paris reserves the right to reject returns sent outside the established period (10 days from the period of receipt of the merchandise).

The warranty only covers, in the case of watches, the machinery, manufacturing defect, it does not include battery life or wear or inappropriate use.

We only accept returns of items with a defect or factory defect.

We recommend that you send your shipment by certified mail or with return receipt. Melina Paris (will not be responsible for returns that do not reach its warehouse. The shipping costs of the items you wish to return will be your responsibility.

Melina Paris will not accept returns sent postage collect.

Returned items will be carefully inspected. Once verified by the quality department, the corresponding amount will be paid in the same way it was paid.

The return will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days following receipt of the items in the warehouse.

Only the amount of returned products will be refunded. Once paid, a copy of the return will be sent to you.
